Last updated: January 15, 2026
Where We Are
GhostNN has reached a significant milestone. What began as a vision for a fully agent-centric autonomous trading ecosystem is now materializing into a production-ready platform.
Completed Milestones
Nexus Infrastructure — Proof of Concept Live
- Foundational infrastructure for decentralized compute is operational
- Coordinator service handles node discovery and session matching
- Provider staking tier system designed (1K / 10K / 100K GNN)
- GPU session routing between local, DigitalOcean, and Cloudflare runners validated
- API service for session management and payment verification deployed
Tokenomics Prototype — Built to Spec
Our tokenomics model is fully designed and prototyped:
| Feature | Description |
|---|---|
| Session-Based Access | $50 USD in GNN holding gate + $5 SOL + $5 GNN per 24-hour session |
| Profit-Only Trading Fees | 1-2% on profitable trades only — no fees on losses |
| Dynamic Emissions | Node rewards capped by real usage |
| Treasury Health Governors | Emission multipliers tied to reserve levels (25%–100%) |
| USD-Stable Incentives | Node rewards normalized to $5/session regardless of GNN price |
| Recirculation | Fees flow back into treasury for node rewards & ecosystem payouts |
This model ensures no fixed inflation, usage-driven emissions, and long-term treasury sustainability.
Tomo Agent — Spot Trading Live
- Autonomous spot trading agent with local LLM reasoning
- Real-time profitability checks and strategy execution
- Trading flow state machine with active region management
- Commentary and insight generation during trades
Q1 2026 — Current Focus
Nexus Energy City — Infrastructure Funding Grid
Nexus Energy City is a finite 50,000-plot grid rendered as a 2.5D city where building heights represent compute capacity. Players acquire rectangular parcels that represent energy/compute infrastructure, earn yield from real AI usage revenue, and fund the GPU node network through monthly maintenance fees.
How It Works:
| Layer | Purpose |
|---|---|
| Economic Truth | Parcel ownership, tiering, effective output scoring, epoch reward distribution |
| Infrastructure Funding | Monthly maintenance fees fund node operations and stabilize the network |
| City Visualization | 2.5D city where building heights reflect capacity |
Infrastructure Tiers:
| Tier | Plot Count | Multiplier | Role |
|---|---|---|---|
| Generator | 1–99 | 1.00x | Local generation |
| Substation | 100–500 | 1.50x | Aggregation and routing |
| Grid Hub | 501+ | 2.25x | Regional control |
Pricing Model:
| Phase | Price | Notes |
|---|---|---|
| Primary Mint | $1 per plot | Fixed price until all plots sold |
| Secondary Market | Free market | Seller sets any price |
Reward Architecture:
Each epoch, real AI usage revenue flows into a pot split 70/30:
- 70% → Grid Owners (pro-rata by effective output)
- 30% → Node Operators (pro-rata by compute contribution)
Desktop Link — In Development
- Full bidirectional sync between desktop and mobile apps
- Session state, wallet permissions, and agent configurations shared
- QR-code pairing with encrypted handshake
Q2 2026 — LLM Scaling & Agent Expansion
Nexus Energy City — Phase 2 & 3
Building on Q1’s foundation, Energy City enters full production:
Phase 2: Secondary Market & Analytics
- Free-market secondary marketplace (sellers set any price)
- LOD streaming for smooth city visualization
- Market analytics dashboard (sales history, price trends)
- Parcel search and discovery tools
Phase 3: Economic Engine
- Epoch reward distribution (70% grid owners, 30% node operators)
- Monthly maintenance billing system
- Delinquency enforcement state machine (grace → throttled → foreclosure)
- Node payout integration with real AI usage revenue
